Construction

The awesome TufLite-PC construction delivers the perfect blend of durability and lightweight performance to a myriad of different surfboard models. Top quality EPS foam core wrapped in epoxy and fibreglass, this composite sandwich construction is absolutely cutting edge and delivers the perfect combination of high-performance and durability.

TufLite surfboards are faithful to the original PU shapes, "signed off" by the original shapers and immaculately finished.
